Rotted window and door sections are a significant problem because they can allow water to seep into your home, leading to potential water damage and mold growth. Additionally, they create an entry point for insects and other pests. The rotted parts diminish the aesthetic appeal of your home due to the deteriorating wood. Here’s why addressing this issue is crucial:

1. Prevent Further Damage And Costs

Rotten window and door frames can weaken your home's structural integrity, spreading decay and leading to costly damage. If water starts seeping inside, it can cause even more extensive issues that require additional repairs. Additionally, the rot can attract insects, damaging your interior spaces when they enter the house.

Gaps and holes caused by rot can lead to drafts and energy loss, making your heating and cooling systems work harder. Repairing rotted sections helps seal these gaps, improving your home’s energy efficiency and reducing utility bills.

3. Aesthetic Appeal

Rotted sections are unsightly and can detract from your home’s curb appeal. Professional repairs restore the original beauty of your windows and doors, enhancing the overall look of your home.

The gentleman from All Dwelling Solutions just left and I cannot even believe how good the windows that they redid look. They came and mill the wood on site so that it would be absolutely perfect. It was craftsmanship not just a window installation. I am absolutely stunned at how good everything looks And what’s best. I got three quotes to do this job and there’s was the lowest by a good amount, I can’t recommend them enough.
