If you’re experiencing similar issues with a damaged or rotten window sash, feel free to contact us. We’ll restore your window to a clean, durable, and fully functional condition.
We replaced a rotten window sash in the master bedroom with a new, custom-made wooden sash designed to fit perfectly into the existing frame. For this project, we used knot-free yellow Canadian pine — a durable and stable material ideal for window construction. Depending on project needs or customer preferences, we also offer mahogany or cedar.
After installation, the new sash was painted to match the existing trim. White oil-based paint is included at no extra cost; if a different color is required, the customer may provide their own oil-based paint or stain.
The glass was securely sealed to ensure a weatherproof and airtight finish. We also adjusted the hardware to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
To complete the job, we thoroughly cleaned the window area, removing debris and excess materials for a neat, professional appearance.
