When we started investigating the situation, this person demanded money from us to remove the reviews and to reveal the name of the person who placed the order. They even offered to prove their involvement by deleting one of the posted reviews.
Why Are We Sharing This?
We believe that honesty and transparency are the foundation of our clients’ trust. We want you to know that these negative reviews are fake and do not reflect the true quality of our services. We have a record of the conversation with this person, confirming that they posted the fake reviews, and we have taken the necessary legal steps to protect our business.
Moreover, we are not the only victims of this fraudulent activity. We have discovered that other companies in our industry have also received similar fake reviews from this same individual. This shows a pattern of behavior aimed at damaging businesses through dishonest means.
We have already filed an official complaint against this person on the relevant platform where the fake reviews were posted. We are also consulting with legal counsel to protect our reputation and take all possible actions within the law.
