We set the new door with laser leveling so it’s perfectly plumb, level, and square. Then we secured it with corrosion-resistant fasteners and composite shims, and insulated the full perimeter with low-expansion spray foam for an airtight seal.

 5. Sealing & Finishing
We sealed the exterior with OSI QUAD MAX professional-grade sealant, finished the inside with new white casing, and installed clean, rot-resistant exterior trim.
