The existing patio door had severe leakage issues and extensive wood rot around the frame, sill, and subfloor. Our team carefully removed the old unit, cleaned out all the damaged areas, and reinforced the structure by replacing the rotted wood, subfloor, and part of the decking. We then installed a new 2-lite vinyl patio door, ensuring it was perfectly level, fully insulated, and properly sealed to prevent future air or water infiltration. Finally, we refreshed the trim and painted the interior to achieve a clean, modern, and durable finish — transforming the door into a smooth-operating, energy-efficient focal point of the home.
