The upgrade features **double-pane annealed low-e glass with argon gas**, providing better insulation and improved energy efficiency. The old window was removed, the frame was insulated with foam, recaulked, and completed with a new screen and full cleanup.

Two new vinyl double-hung windows were installed in Alden, measuring **31 x 53 1/4** and **31 1/16 x 53 3/8**. Each unit includes **triple-pane annealed low-e glass with argon**, offering enhanced thermal performance and long-term durability. The installation included removal of the old units, foam insulation, recaulked framing, new screens, and complete disposal of all old materials.
