The two-panel door has a clean **Stone White exterior and white interior**, with wide glass panels that bring more natural light and open views of the backyard.

The Elevate door’s exterior is made of **Ultrex fiberglass**, Marvin’s durable material that resists fading, warping, and cracking. Both panels have **tempered Low-E2 insulated glass with argon gas**, which gives the door a **U-Factor of 0.28** for better energy efficiency and year-round comfort. A **PG40 performance rating** means the door holds up well against wind and water. **Cambridge satin nickel handles** with a keyed lock add style and security.

**Rotted frame and threshold repair.**

 When we removed the old door, we found extensive water damage and rot at the threshold and lower jambs. Our team removed all of the rotted wood, installed new **pressure-treated structural framing**, rebuilt the jamb liners, and sealed and insulated the area to prevent future moisture problems. The new door now sits on a solid, rot-free base.

**Professional installation.** We set the new door plumb, level, and square, insulated it with foam, sealed every seam, and finished the trim and casing for a clean, weather-tight result.
